SEASONAL CAMPING RATES AND INFO:

CAMPER WITH A SEASONAL SPOT INCLUDED FOR
ONLY $4135.00
Currently, we have a few seasonal camping spots
available for the 2008 season.
We also have
seasonal boat slip s available at this time!
The season runs from March 1 to October 31. All
the sites include cable, WiFi and water in the price of rent. Electric is charged
monthly and is based on your usage.
The sites have a gray water discharge for
showers and dishes, etc. (We also have a shower house
with toilets and showers.)
The seasonal rate for the remaining spots is
$1630 for the season.
They are available for use from March 1st to
October 31st.
If you pay for the next season in full by
October 31 you may leave your camper at King
Creek during the winter. You
will have limited overnight use and unlimited
daily access to your site/camper during the
winter. We usually turn off the water and
winterize some time in early November.
