However prior to your stay at King Creek Lodge, we ask that you take a moment to review the following cottage and camping policies:
Cottage Policies
- 4 Night minimum on Holiday weekends for 2012, all summer holidays are on a Monday this year.
Gas cans are not allowed to be brought in the campground or marina, no open gas cans on the grounds.
- Children are not allowed at the marina after closing hours unless accompanied by an adult.
- Only street legal vehicles driven by licensed drivers are allowed on the grounds.
- Please clean fish at the marina at our fish cleaning station.
- Please keep pets leashed at ALL TIMES and clean up after them.
- Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am.
- No fire arms permitted in the grounds.
- No fireworks are permitted on the grounds.
- We cannot be responsible for sire, theft, accident or injury to guests.
- Persons damaging or destroying property will be evicted.
- No washing vehicles, boats or campers on the grounds.
- 2-3 Vehicles per cottage, all additional vehicles must be parked on designated areas.
- Do not climb on or remove rocks from rap wall, it is there to hold banks in place.
- Breaking of policy rules can result in termination of lease at King Creek Management’s discretion.
- Cottages are for paying guests only. All visitors to your cottage must stop and register at the office and pay a $3 visitor fee per person per day and be issued a car pass.
- All guests are required to leave by 6:00PM or pay by 5:00PM as an overnight additional guest. Approval is based on cottage occupancy rate.
King Creek also reserves the right to terminate occupancy if guests or their pets act in a manner that is unacceptable to the management or other guests. Rain checks may be issued at King Creek’s discretion if cancellation is due to a family or medical emergency. Prices are subject to change and do not reflect state and local taxes.

- No fire arms permitted in the grounds.

- We cannot be responsible for sire, theft, accident or injury to guests.

- No display of signs attempting to sell RV’s, boats, goods or services, advertisement of such services or other distribution of written material without King Creek’s Management approval.
