Three Bedroom Cottages

These Deluxe 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Lake Front Modular Homes with central air conditioning and heat are only 40-55 yards from the lake. Enjoy the beautiful panoramic lake view from the huge decks with tables and deck chairs. Each cottage has a large living room with large screen TVs. Also, 1 or 2 Queen size sleeper sofas, a dining room, full kitchen with a breakfast bar and are nicely equipped with a mud room.

Cottage 1 (Pet Friendly Unit) has 1 Queen bed in the 1st bedroom, 2 Twin beds in the 2nd bedroom and 2 Twin beds in the third bedroom. (2 Twins can be combined into a King bed if necessary, we have a mattress band to do so.) This cottage has 2 bathrooms, Cottage 1 sleeps 6 adults in beds, and possibly 2-3 kids on 1 sleeper sofa in the living room. 1 large screen TV in the living room. Max 8-9 guests.

Cottage 2 (Adult Style Unit) has 1 King bed in 1st bedroom, 1 Queen bed in 2nd bedroom and 2 Twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. (2 Twin beds can be combined into a King bed if necessary, we have a mattress band to do so.) This cottage has 2 bathrooms, 1 huge screen TV in living room, a TV in the 1st bedroom with DVD player only. This cottage sleeps 6 adults in beds, 2 kids on 1 sleeper sofa in living room. Max 8 guests. 1 Queen size bed in each of the 3 bedrooms, as well as 1 queen sleeper sofa. This cottage sleeps up to 8 Guests maximum.

Cottage 3 (Kids Unit) has 2 set of Twin size bunk beds in the first bedroom, 1 Queen size bed in the second bedroom, and 1 Queen size bed in the third bedroom, as well as 2 futons in the living room. This cottage has 2 bathrooms, 1 large screen TV in the living room, 1 26" TV with DVD player in 1st bedroom with bulk beds. Bulk beds can be converted to 2 twin beds if necessary for adults. This cottage can sleep 4 adults and 4 kids in bulk beds, and 2 kids on 2 futons in living room. Max 8-9 guests, 6 adults and 2 kids on futons.

Cottage 4 has 1 Queen bed in 1st bedroom, 2 Twin beds in 2nd bedroom, and 2 Twin beds in 3rd bedroom. (2 Twins can be combined into a King bed if necessary, we have mattress bands to do so.) This Cottage has 2 bathrooms, 1 large screen TV in the living room. Cottage 4 sleeps 6 adults and 2-3 kids on 1 sleeper sofa in the living room. Max 8-9 guests.

• If late check-in, you can come by us the next morning
• Cottages and public areas are limited to paying guests only
• If reservation is cancelled at least 30 days in advance, receive a full refund and deposit is transferable, less 10%.
• Check-in is at 2:30 PM, Check-out is at 10:30 AM.
• Off Season rates are based on 4 Guests.
• Cottages get free use of paddle/row boats, first come first served, 1 hour use at a time.
• Pets: $50 per pet per stay (Unfortunately, we cannot allow certain dog breeds, cats, or any pets weighing over 25 pounds. Please identify the size and breed of your pet at the time of registration. Pets must be leashed AT ALL TIMES.)
• Call for short-notice specials if available
• Extra adults: $15/daily, $65/weekly
• Kids 3' tall or 14 years old: $8/daily, $45/weekly
• Cottage 1 is pet friendly
• Call for 4th and 5th day rates
• Maximum capacity is 8 (6 adults, 2 kids on sleeper sofas)
